Professional training includes a 3-year course. The three years are divided into 4 weeks of intensive training per year, for a total of 12 weeks. The 4 weeks per year fall with an interval of two / three months.
During the course we learn a unique approach to teaching and learning through the body. The path includes a variety of techniques, different types of touch and analysis, the acquisition of tools to create a strategy and develop a customized process for each client. The program includes theory, demonstrations, exercises, physical training and acquisition of the practice.
Admission to the second and third year is based on meeting the requirements of the previous year of study.

Through the course of study the student has learned to develop his or her abilities to accompany clients in their personal process, knows how to work with pain and can teach the client not to block the flow of fear. He oe she manages to relate the current block to the person's past experience and knows how to create an ad hoc strategy to teach the client to stop a repeating condition. Finally, the student has developed a personal discipline and ethics that allows him or her to relate to the client by clearly defining the objective of the course and the type of partnership between the two parties.

La formazione professionale prevede un corso di studio di 3 anni. I tre anni sono suddivisi in 4 settimane di training intensivo all'anno, per un totale di 12 settimane. Le 4 settimane per anno cadono con un intervallo di due/tre mesi.
Nel corso di studi si apprende un approccio unico all'insegnamento e all'apprendimento attraverso il corpo. Il percorso include una varietà di tecniche, diversi tipi di tocco e analisi, l’acquisizione degli strumenti per creare una strategia e sviluppare un processo personalizzato per ogni cliente. Il programma prevede teoria, dimostrazioni, esercizi, allenamento fisico e acquisizione della pratica.
L'ammissione al secondo e terzo anno avviene in base al soddisfacimento dei requisiti del precedente anno di studio.

Attraverso il percorso di studi lo studente ha imparato a sviluppare le proprie capacità di accompagnare i clienti nel loro processo personale, sa lavorare con il dolore e sa insegnare al cliente a non bloccare il flusso della paura. Riesce a mettere in relazione il blocco attuale con l’esperienza passata della persona e sa creare una strategia ad hoc per insegnare al cliente a fermare una condizione che si ripete. Lo studente ha infine sviluppato una personale disciplina ed etica che gli permette di relazionarsi con il cliente definendo in modo chiaro l’obiettivo del percorso e il tipo di partenariato tra le due parti.

Admission requirements
In order to be admitted to the training, an interview with the teacher is required. The profession is based on the ability to pay attention to others and therefore requires a genuine interest in people and human behavior in general.
The purpose of the course is to learn to accompany people in their development process, defining and respecting individual goals, without providing recipes, solutions or imposing your own way of thinking.
It is therefore essential for the student to have an attitude of openness, courage and respect in dealing with clients with different aspects of existence, from physical or emotional pain to fear. The student also enjoys being in contact with others and in particular is well prepared to teach through touch. In the course of studies, the student is finally willing to work on him/herself to the extent that an increased self-awareness allows him or her to work better with others.

Requisiti per accedere
Per poter accedere alla formazione è necessario un colloquio con l’insegnante. La professione si basa sulla capacità di prestare attenzione agli altri e richiede di conseguenza un genuino interesse verso le persone e il comportamento umano in generale.
Lo scopo del percorso è di imparare ad accompagnare le persone nel loro processo di sviluppo, definendo e rispettando gli obiettivi individuali, senza fornire ricette, soluzioni o imponendo il proprio modo di pensare.
Per lo studente è dunque fondamentale avere un atteggiamento di apertura mentale, coraggio e rispetto nell’affrontare con i clienti i diversi aspetti dell’esistenza, dal dolore fisico o emotivo alla paura. Lo studente ha inoltre piacere ad essere in contatto con gli altri e in particolare è ben predisposto ad insegnare attraverso il tocco. Nel percorso di studi, lo studente è infine disposto a lavorare su se stesso nella misura in cui una consapevolezza accresciuta di sé gli permette di lavorare meglio con gli altri.

After graduation there is the possibility to follow the specialization courses held by the founder of the Grinberg Method, Mr. Avi Grinberg. Each course explores different aspects of the work and allows a constant update for the professionals who want it.
For qualified professionals there is also the possibility of being part of the international association of operators, the IAGMP, which provides support to professionals and quality assurance to customers.

Dopo il diploma vi è la possibilità di seguire i corsi di specializzazione tenuti dal fondatore del Metodo Grinberg, Avi Grinberg. Ogni corso approfondisce aspetti diversi del lavoro e permette un aggiornamento costante per i professionisti che lo desiderano.
Per i professionisti diplomati vi è inoltre la possibilità di far parte dell’associazione internazionale degli operatori, l’IAGMP, che fornisce supporto ai professionisti e garanzia di qualità ai clienti.
